Installation and Integration are two foundation elements of our Support Portfolio. Our Installation service is available to customers regardless of geographical location and provides the physical connection and configuration of any network element provided by React Technologies. We are able to provide this extensive cover through a combination of in-house and partner expertise.

Complex multi-vendor interoperability and Integration requires an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the underlying technology as well as vendor specific products. Our Integration service is designed to reduce customer-operating costs and increase efficiency by streamlining network duplication and maximizing our customers return on investment.

In providing a full Systems Integrator service portfolio for our solutions, our aim is that individual support elements become inseparably linked, yet definable with clearly visible value and worth.

	Sales opportunities tend to generate a requirement for "technical qualification" of the business proposal. This is a free of charge service provided by Pre-Sales Engineering.
	Once the business proposal has been technically qualified, it becomes the domain of Reacts consultants to define and document "how" the proposal will be implemented.
	The installation team is then responsible for the physical installation and configuration of the appropriate equipment relevant to the solution.
	Once the installed nodes are in place, our Integration team assumes the baton, and oversees the project through to completion, under the guidance of the Consultant in overall charge of customer's solution.
