Coupled with the SeaMail®, the Coral IPx can be seamlessly integrated with your Property Management System (PMS) for completely transparent message centre capabilities, on-line guest directory, guest detail displays and check-in and check-out.

The Coral IPx allows your staff to respond to guests in an efficient yet personalised manner by displaying guest name and room number when they call the front desk, room service, housekeeping or other departments. SeaMail TM
Improve communications with unified messaging
SeaMail dramatically improves communications by providing a single access point for voice, fax and email messages. Tightly integrated with the Coral IPx office, SeaMail provides fast, accurate message notification and retrieval, and an optional network feature that enables users to access voicemail/email/fax through Web browser application.

With SeaMail, special 'information' mailboxes can be set up to provide details of important forthcoming events. These mailboxes can be accessesed by staff, guests calling internally or externally using SeaMail's Automated Attendant feature. SeaMail Automated Attendant can also be set up to reduce the burden of calls handled by a receptionist by answering and queuing 'overflow' calls in exceptionally busy periods.

FlexiCall & Freedom
Tadiran's FlexiCall and Freedom TM applications enable staff and administrators to be reached through one number. With FlexiCall, your land line and mobile phone ring simultaneously. Once they get the call, they stay in control of it with the ability to transfer the call into the office. With Freedom, Education establishments can provide access to internal system services - outgoing trunk access, voicemail, conferencing and internal calls - to distant and mobile phones. The CoralView family of products is designed to ease day-to-day management of moves, adds and changes. Designed around the comfortable Microsoft Windows look and feel, CoralView provides on-site or remote system design and performance administration with point-andclick simplicity.

CoralView Designer

is a multi-tasking, multi-user platform for programming your Coral system. Define an unlimited number of users, each with their own password. CoralView Designer maintains a session log displaying all log-in and programming activity. Station design is as easy as drag and drop to the station image on the screen. CoralView Designer CoralView Designer allows phone administrators to relocate phones, change names and collates information from various tables using Windows and easy to follow wizards.

Coral FlexAttendant

With Coral FlexAttendant, hotel telephone receptionists can handle calls through a familiar, easyto-use PC interface while minimising disruption to daily tasks such as maintaining calendars, word processing or handling travel arrangements. Receptionists respond to incoming calls in a pop-up window and complete transfers with a simple click of the mouse, allowing them to return quickly to other programs or tasks.

Navigator
Desktop Communications Productivity Tool
Coral Navigator provides you with an intuitive, Outlook-like interface for getting the most out of your Coral system. Navigator allows you to activate telephony features directly from your computer, including making/retrieving calls, establishing conference calls, Video Conference calls, sending emails, instant messages and sending SMS text messages to another user's T200's display. Navigator also allows you to manage inbound communications via rules, profiles, and buddy lists, view the current availability/ busy status (presence) of other users, and create and store internal and external contact lists.

Available in several models with a wide range of features and options, FlexSets are true information terminals offering versatility and flexibility. From 6 to as many as 18 user-defined buttons give users virtually unlimited power to define individual preferences.

The optional liquid crystal display presents caller and calling-party information, and when using a FlexSet with soft-keys, the display changes to show applicable options for one-touch activation. The hot-dial keypad and hands free speaker permit fast on-hook dialling, and the highly visible message waiting indicator announces new messages.

The Coral IPx solution and it's FlexSetTM digital telephones are designed to complement your lobby and administrative offices. Select from multiline digital sets with 12 to 148 button capacity, full digital speakerphone and extensive liquid crystal display (LCD) information.

The latest in Tadiran's range of advanced telephones, the T200 Series offers reliable standalone IP telephones with full functionality and excellent voice quality. Basic features include multiple call and multiple line appearance, caller ID, speed dial and call blocking, while clear LCD display and programmable keys ensure optimal ease of use. The T200 phones also include an RTP encryption feature and support Power over Ethernet (PoE) and an expansion key module.

The T200 phones can be converted from SIP to MGCP and vice versa by downloading firmware. As SIP phones, they offer all basic SIP functions such as hold, transfer and 3-way calling, plus BLF status and speed-dial keys, and provide further features via access codes. As MGCP, they support virtually all PABX features.

The advanced Coral FlexSet-IP supports full duplex speakerphone, virtually all FlexSet capabilities such as soft keys, directory access and call log. It also offers new features and capabilities such as a two-way headset port and more. The FlexSet-IP enables remote and home offices to access all the Coral features and functionality at corporate headquarters. A simple RJ45 connection to any LAN or WAN means no more complex changes when moving premises or moving employees; just unplug the Coral FlexSet-IP and reconnect it in it's new location.

For employees who travel or work from home, access to the corporate telecommunications network is essential. The FlexIP Softphone is an advanced software application that transforms any PC into a full-featured IP communications device for voice and data.
